Beginning in 1978 we started hot-forging work and supplied forged product to down-stream factories in different fields for their further processing. In 1982 we focused our attention on manufacturing Wrench Series and were well-acknowledged by both domestic and international markets. In 1988 the logo "OULEE" was registered, the cold-forging process start at the same time and we urged ourselves to develop wrenches and sockets for specific purpose uses which still match ANSI or DIN Standard. In 2015 our new factory equipped with Automated Storage & Retrieval System (ASRS) in Taiwan was put into operation to assure on-time delivery. "OULEE pro" was then branded.

Fine Forge Industry Corp. : Handytool

To expand our service to customers’ One-Stop-Shopping, the sister company "Fine Forge" with "Handytool" logo was established and registered. This company acts as a exporter of our wrench and socket products as well as all hand tools which customers are interested to purchase from this area.
